We are offering up to $5,000 off our listing services.*  We are eager to list homes in our area and offering  a substantial discount of $5,000 for new listings.  

*Realtor credit of 1% of the closing price, up to $5000. 

Leasing Credit

Let us help you find a lease.  We are offering $500 credit toward first months rent.  

Note:  In most cases, you have to inform the lessor that you are utilizing a real estate agent when you first talk to them.  A member of RRT must be listed as the "referring agent" on the lease agreement.
